Remedial massage can be enjoyed with very minimal discomfort, and the intensity of the massage can be scaled up or down depending on your condition and desired outcome.

The process works in tandem with your body’s natural healing processes, accelerating and spurring on efficient recovery. Like a standard relaxation massage, remedial treatments may help to place you in a fully relaxed state-of-mind, especially beneficial after periods of high stress.

Belen is a passionate and caring massage therapist who has completed Relaxation Massage training overseas and is completing her final year of the Australian Remedial Massage Diploma training. She has extensive experience performing one hour deeply relaxing massages where you can choose light pressure or deep tissue techniques incorporating aromatherapy to create a holistic experience . She has applied her massage skills working in her home country Chile, Western Australia and the Cocos Keeling Islands and even spent time treating the indigenous population in the remote Christmas Island.
